Returns

•⁠  ⁠Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
•⁠  ⁠We offer store credit only.
•⁠  ⁠Refunds are only available for confirmed manufacturing faults.

Exchanges

•⁠  ⁠Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
•⁠  ⁠Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Faulty Items

•⁠  ⁠Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
•⁠  ⁠Send clear photos of the fault.
•⁠  ⁠A refund will be issued if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Please Note

•⁠  ⁠Items with makeup stains, perfume marks, damage, or signs of wear cannot be returned.
•⁠  ⁠We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.
•⁠  ⁠International customers are responsible for any customs charges.

All washing and care guidelines can be found in the product description. Please note that Modést Voir cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying, or handling of the garment.

As such, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for items that have been damaged due to failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
