Returns & Exchanges

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• We offer store credit only.
• Refunds are only available for confirmed manufacturing faults.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Faulty Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the fault.
• A refund will be issued if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

Please Note

• Items with makeup stains, perfume marks, damage, or signs of wear cannot be returned.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a tracked service.
• International customers are responsible for any customs charges.
